I often do my shopping in one or two of the bigger supermarkets in the local shop center. I live now in the neighborhood of two local shop center. Every local shop center has its own shops which I visit alternately.
In one of these local shop center is also a little supermarket and besides fruit and vegetables they sell also a lot of spices. They have there a whole rack full with spices. First I bought little bags there. Before I knew it I could buy new ones again. Besides the little bags they also sell spices in boxes. Ideal.
So I found fennel seed there and I use that now regularly. By crushing the fennel seed you taste the flavor of aniseed. Together with lemon, olive oil and the chili flakes you make a delicious marinade for over the mozzarella.
Take a piece of roasted bread and put a piece of the mozzarella on the bread and take a bite.

Voy de compras muchas veces en un o dos de los grandes supermercados en el centro con tiendas el barrio. Ahora vivo cerca de dos centros con tiendas el barrio. Cada tienda el barrio tiene sus propias tiendas que visito alternante.
En uno de este centro con tiendas el barrio está también un supermercado pequeño y allí venden además de fruta y verduras también muchas espacias. Ahí tienen una estantería llena con especias. Primero compré bolsas pequeñas ahí. Antes de que lo supiera, pude comprar nuevo otra vez. Además de bolsas pequeñas venden también espacias en cajas. Perfecto.
Así encontré semillas de hinojo ahí y que uso ahora regular.
Para magullar las semillas de hinojo sientes el sabor de anís. Juntos con el limón, aceite de oliva y los copos de chile haces un adobo delicioso para sobre la mozzarella.
Toma un trozo de pan tostado y pon un trozo de mozzarella en el pan y toma un bocado.

Ik doe mijn boodschappen vaak bij één of twee van de grote supermarkten in de buurtwinkelcentrum. Nu woon ik in de buurt van twee buurtwinkelcentrums. Elk buurtwinkelcentrum heeft zijn Eigen winkels die ik afwisselend bezoek.
In één van deze buurtwinkelcentrums zit ook een kleine supermarkt en daar verkopen ze naast fruit en groente ook heel veel specerijen. Ze hebben daar een hele stellage vol met specerijen. Eerst kocht ik daar kleine zakjes. Voordat ik het wist kon ik weer nieuwe kopen. Naast de zakjes verkopen ze ook specerijen in bussen. Ideaal.
Zo vond ik daar venkelzaad en dat gebruik ik nu regelmatig.
Door de venkelzaad te kneuzen proef je de smaak van anijs. Samen met de citroen, olijfolie en de chilivlokken maak je een lekkere marinade voor over de mozzarella.
Neem een stuk geroosterd brood en doe een stuk van de mozzarella op het brood en neem een hap.
